Why the name
“Autonomous” is a goal for software, not a claim about us.
The word in our name describes the kind of system worth aiming for: one that does a repeatable job without someone nursing it. It does not mean everything should be automated, and it does not mean we sell AI. Plenty of good processes are best left to a person with a checklist.
So we are deliberately sceptical. If a task happens twice a year, a script is usually a waste of your money. If it happens forty times a week by the same rules, it is worth a conversation.
