Manual or automated?
List the recurring tasks in a process. For each, say how often it happens, what decides it, how long it takes and what a mistake costs. The planner sorts them with a fixed, visible scoring rule.
Planning aid only. This is simple arithmetic in your browser, not AI, not advice and not a quote. Your entries are saved only in this browser's local storage.
Scripted candidate
Checklist first
Keep manual
The rule, in full
Frequency scores 0–3, fixed rules 3, rules with checks 1, effort 0–2, and a minor mistake adds 1 while a serious one removes 2. Anything decided by human judgement stays manual. Five or more points suggests a scripted candidate; two to four suggests a checklist.
Why so blunt?
Because you should be able to see why a task landed where it did and disagree with it. The point is a better conversation, not a verdict.
