Forms

Project, support and callback forms send your name, email, message, and optionally phone, organisation and chosen services, to a script on our web host. The script emails them to our company mailbox. We use them only to answer your enquiry and provide any related service. The legal basis is taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in responding.

Hosting and mail processing

Our hosting provider processes requests to this site, including technical data such as IP address, as part of serving pages and sending mail. Email passes through the host's mail transport and our mailbox provider.

Rate limiting

To limit abuse, the form script stores a pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address and a counter for fifteen minutes in a temporary folder outside the public website. Expired files are cleaned up when later requests arrive. Message contents are not stored by the script.

How long we keep enquiries

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them, provide services and meet legal obligations. The site owner must confirm the actual retention policy applied to the mailbox.

Cookies and browser storage

We set no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and none are installed whichever button you press. Your cookie choice, form drafts and planner entries are kept in your own browser's local storage, guarded so the site still works if storage is blocked. Clear your browser's site data to remove them.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing us. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

The site owner should review this notice so it matches actual practice before relying on it.
